Absolutely! We follow strict cleaning protocols. Every hot tub undergoes a thorough deep clean after each rental, including replacing the filter and sanitizing both the interior and exterior. Hygiene has always been a top priority, even before COVID-19.

What chemicals are used?
Our installers will balance the water and provide bromine tablets and pool shock. Bromine is gentler on sensitive skin compared to chlorine.

Due to setup time and the areas we serve, we have a minimum rental period of three nights for soft tubs and one week for hard tubs. These rental lengths ensure you get the most out of your hot tub experience!

We ask that the hot tub is fully drained before pick-up. Detailed instructions will be provided, and it typically takes around 90 minutes to drain. If our team needs to handle draining, a fee 

You only need an outdoor water source and an electrical outlet. We’ll supply the hose, skimmer, pump, filters, chemicals, and everything else you need to enjoy and maintain the hot tub.

The hot tub needs a minimum space of 2.5m x 2.5m. Hard tubs require open space for rolling into place, while soft tubs can be installed in tighter areas.
We recommend placing the hot tub on a hard, flat surface. Grass works fine too. Secured decks can hold the filled tub's weight, but we only advise this if the deck is reinforced.

Starting from cold, our hot tubs heat at a rate of about 1°C per hour, reaching your desired temperature in up to 48 hours. We recommend booking at least 2 full days in advance to ensure the tub is ready for use.
